Description:
This 80 minute course teaches foot reflexology in Singaporean style with emphasis on relaxation. This course demonstrates how to more effectively boost health care in reflexology and will show techniques in foot cleaning in the spa, use of aroma cream for massage, and use of the massage bed for foot reflexology including how to do salt scrubs for the foot, and applications of herbal balm for ankle massage.

Students learn how to massage and treat the face and neck. They practice applying various chemicals and cosmetics and learn about facial anatomy, skin properties. A facial cleans, exfoliates and nourishes the skin to promote clear, well-hydrated skin. A facial involves a few basic steps: cleansing, exfoliation, facial massage to relax you and stimulate your skin and facial muscles, a mask targeted to your skin type (dry, oily, combination, sensitive and mature), application of toners and protective creams.
